WAVO
Terms of Service
Global Live Community
Effective Date: August 20, 2026
Last Updated: August 20, 2026
Contact: service@wavo.love
These Terms of Service, also referred to as the "Terms" or the "Agreement," govern your access to and use of the Wavo mobile application, related websites, customer support channels, and other products or services that link to these Terms, collectively, the "Services." Wavo is a live community for adults to create and watch livestreams, interact through comments and virtual gifts, exchange messages, and participate in calls.
Please read these Terms carefully. They form a binding agreement between you and the Wavo developer or publisher identified on the app store page from which you obtained Wavo, referred to in these Terms as "Wavo," "we," "us," or "our." If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account, purchase a paid feature, or use the Services.
By downloading Wavo, creating an account, clicking an acceptance control, making a purchase, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Your agreement is effective on the earliest of those actions.
These Terms incorporate the Wavo Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, virtual item rules, creator program rules, promotion rules, and feature-specific notices made available within the Services. Together, those documents establish the rules for using Wavo.
Feature-specific terms apply to the relevant feature. If they conflict with these Terms, the more specific terms control for that feature. Mandatory app store terms and non-waivable law control over any inconsistent provision. The Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal information and does not create a separate license to use the Services.
You agree that electronic acceptance, records, notices, disclosures, and communications satisfy legal requirements for written documents to the extent permitted by law. You should retain a copy of these Terms for your records.
Unless a regional notice states otherwise, the entity identified as the developer or publisher of Wavo on the applicable app store listing provides the Services and is the contracting party. Questions about the contracting entity may be sent to service@wavo.love.
Wavo is intended only for people who are at least 18 years of age. A person under 18 may not create an account or use the Services, even with permission from a parent or guardian.
You represent that you can lawfully enter into this Agreement and are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable law. If you use Wavo for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes the entity where appropriate.
Wavo may request a date of birth, age confirmation, identity document, selfie, liveness check, or other reasonable evidence of age. We may use a qualified provider to support age assurance. Refusal or inability to complete a lawful age check may result in restricted access or account closure.
The Services may not be lawful or available in every country. You are responsible for confirming that your use is permitted where you are located. Wavo may limit features, purchases, communications, or access in a country or region to comply with law, platform requirements, licensing, sanctions, or safety needs.
You may not use, export, re-export, or provide access to Wavo in violation of trade restrictions or sanctions. You represent that you are not located in a prohibited territory, identified on an applicable restricted-party list, or using Wavo for a purpose prohibited by export-control law.
You must provide complete, current, and accurate account information and keep it updated. You may not register with false age information, impersonate another person, conceal a prohibited identity, or use an account created through fraud or automation.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by Wavo's failure to use legally required safeguards. Keep verification codes, passwords, authentication tokens, and linked login credentials confidential. Do not allow another person to use your account in a way that bypasses eligibility, enforcement, or payment rules.
Notify service@wavo.love promptly if you believe an account or device has been compromised. We may require identity or account-ownership verification, revoke sessions, reset credentials, restrict transactions, or temporarily lock the account while investigating.
Accounts, usernames, verification status, virtual balances, creator status, and enforcement history may not be sold, leased, gifted, transferred, or used as collateral without Wavo's written permission. Wavo may reject a transfer or reverse a transaction intended to evade these Terms.
Usernames and other identifiers are licensed for use within Wavo and are not owned by users. We may change or reclaim an identifier that infringes rights, impersonates another party, creates confusion, remains inactive for an extended period, or violates our policies.
Subject to these Terms, Wavo grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control and to access the Services for lawful personal use. The App is licensed, not sold.
Unless applicable law expressly permits the activity, you may not:
· Copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or commercially exploit the App or any non-public part of the Services.
· Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code, defeat encryption, or create derivative works from the App.
· Circumvent access controls, geographic restrictions, age gates, payment systems, moderation measures, usage limits, or security features.
· Use scraping, crawling, bots, emulators, automation, unauthorized application programming interfaces, or data-mining tools to access the Services or collect user information.
· Introduce malware, interfere with networks, overload infrastructure, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, or assist another person in doing so.
· Remove legal notices, ownership labels, digital rights management, or attribution contained in the Services.
The license covers updates that replace or supplement the App unless separate terms accompany an update. Some updates may be required for security or continued access. Failure to install a required update may result in limited functionality.
The App may include open-source components governed by separate licenses. Those licenses control to the extent they grant rights that differ from these Terms.
Wavo may provide livestream creation and viewing, comments, bullet-screen messages, reactions, follows, direct messages, calls, virtual gifts, paid features, creator tools, recommendations, moderation controls, and other community functions. Feature availability may differ by device, account, region, age assurance status, and version.
We work to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, minimum audience levels, uninterrupted streams, message delivery, call quality, or compatibility with every device or network. Maintenance, network conditions, security events, third-party failures, legal requirements, and other factors may affect availability.
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for product, legal, security, commercial, or safety reasons. Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of a material adverse change affecting a paid service and an appropriate remedy.
Features identified as beta, test, preview, or experimental may be incomplete, changed without notice, subject to additional limits, or discontinued. Do not rely on a beta feature to preserve important information.
You are responsible for internet access, mobile data, telecommunications charges, compatible equipment, and device security. Wavo does not control charges imposed by your carrier or internet provider.
Wavo is not an emergency, medical, law enforcement, crisis, or public-safety service. Do not rely on a livestream, message, call, or report to obtain emergency help. Contact local emergency services when there is an immediate danger.
You must use Wavo lawfully and respect the rights, safety, privacy, and dignity of others. Conduct is prohibited whether it occurs publicly, in a livestream, in a comment, through a virtual gift, in a direct message or call, or as part of coordinated off-platform activity affecting Wavo users.
You may not create, upload, broadcast, request, promote, distribute, or facilitate content or conduct that:
· Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to facilitate a crime.
· Contains threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, blackmail, doxxing, non-consensual intimate material, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
· Promotes hatred, dehumanization, or unlawful discrimination based on a protected characteristic.
· Contains pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual services, fetish content presented for sexual gratification, or other sexual content prohibited by app store rules or law.
· Sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, grooms, or solicits a child, or contains Child Sexual Abuse Material.
· Exploits trafficking, coerced labor, violence, serious injury, cruelty, or another person's vulnerability.
· Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.
· Impersonates another person or organization, misrepresents affiliation, or uses manipulated media to deceive in a harmful way.
· Includes scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, money laundering, unauthorized financial solicitation, false giveaways, or manipulation of virtual items.
· Contains malware, malicious links, instructions to compromise systems, spam, repetitive solicitation, or unauthorized advertising.
· Manipulates engagement, rankings, recommendations, reports, reviews, gifts, transactions, or account metrics through coordinated or automated activity.
· Reveals a home address, precise live location, identity document, financial credential, health record, or other highly sensitive information without lawful authority.
· Violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, a feature-specific rule, or a reasonable safety instruction from Wavo.
You may not use Wavo to sell or facilitate illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, sexual services, human trafficking, unlawful gambling, or another regulated product or service without all required authorization and Wavo's written approval.
You may not help another person violate these Terms, evade a ban, conceal prohibited content, retaliate against a reporter, or interfere with moderation. Creating or using another account after suspension or termination requires Wavo's permission.
The broadcaster is responsible for the livestream, invited guests, background content, music, visible people, displayed locations, and comments the broadcaster chooses to feature. You must obtain all permissions required to record, broadcast, or display another person or protected material.
Do not broadcast music, films, sports, television, games, performances, or other third-party media unless you have permission or a lawful exception applies. Ownership of a copy, subscription, or ticket does not necessarily include livestreaming rights.
Do not stage dangerous acts, encourage harmful challenges, misrepresent prerecorded content as a live emergency, or use manipulated media to create a harmful false impression. Clearly disclose sponsored content, material filters, simulations, and commercial relationships when law or our policies require disclosure.
Livestreams can reveal voices, faces, screens, documents, surroundings, and precise locations. Review the frame and audio environment before going live. You must not secretly stream a private conversation or a place where recording is prohibited.
Viewers may take screenshots, make screen recordings, or redistribute public livestream content despite Wavo's controls. You should not broadcast information that you cannot accept becoming public. Unauthorized copying may still violate these Terms or law.
Wavo may interrupt, delay, reduce distribution of, label, restrict, or end a livestream when automated systems or reviewers identify a potential violation or safety risk. A livestream may be preserved for investigation, appeal, or legal compliance.
"User-Generated Content" or "UGC" includes livestream audio and video, replays, clips, images, text, profiles, comments, bullet-screen messages, reactions, messages, call content where recorded through an authorized feature, usernames, titles, descriptions, and other material submitted or made available by users.
You are solely responsible for UGC you create or share and for the consequences of making it available. Wavo's hosting or moderation of UGC does not mean that Wavo created, endorses, verifies, or accepts responsibility for it.
You represent that you own your UGC or have all licenses, permissions, consents, and releases needed to submit it and grant the license in Section 9. Your UGC must not violate law, these Terms, or another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, data protection, contractual, or other rights.
Do not post personal information about another person without a lawful basis and appropriate permission. Public UGC may be viewed, copied, indexed, recorded, translated, quoted, or shared by others. Audience controls reduce intended visibility but cannot guarantee confidentiality.
UGC submitted to a public or community area is not confidential. Do not disclose trade secrets, privileged material, confidential business information, passwords, private keys, or other information that you are required to protect.
Information shared by users may be inaccurate, incomplete, manipulated, offensive, or unsafe. Evaluate it independently and do not treat it as professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
As between you and Wavo, you retain ownership of original UGC that you create. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your copyright to Wavo.
You grant Wavo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, transcode, adapt for technical formats, translate, distribute, display, perform, moderate, and otherwise use your UGC as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Services to you and your selected audience.
For UGC that you make public, the license includes the right to recommend, preview, feature, and display the UGC, together with your username, profile image, voice, and likeness as contained in that UGC, within Wavo and in communications that promote the public content or the Services. External advertising use will follow applicable consent, publicity, and platform requirements.
The license continues while the UGC is available through the Services. When you delete UGC or your account, the license ends within a commercially reasonable period, except to the extent the content has been shared with others, incorporated into a collaborative feature, preserved in backups, retained for safety or legal reasons, or otherwise lawfully retained.
Wavo may resize, compress, crop for previews, transcode, caption, translate, or otherwise make technical changes needed to deliver UGC across devices and networks. We will not materially alter the meaning of your content for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate basis.
To the extent permitted by law, you waive or agree not to assert moral rights solely as necessary for Wavo to exercise the license granted in these Terms. Where a waiver is not permitted, you consent to those acts to the extent legally possible.
Wavo respects intellectual property rights and may remove or restrict access to content that appears to infringe them. Repeated or serious infringement may result in account termination.
A copyright or intellectual property notice should include:
· Identification of the protected work or right.
· Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material.
· The complainant's name and reliable contact information.
· A statement explaining the basis of the claim and any required good-faith declaration.
· A statement that the information is accurate and that the complainant is authorized to act.
· A physical or electronic signature where required.
Notices may be sent to service@wavo.love with the subject line "IP Notice." Knowingly submitting a materially false notice may create legal liability.
We may provide relevant parts of a complaint to the affected user so the user can understand or contest the claim. We may withhold information when disclosure would create a safety, privacy, or legal risk.
Where applicable law provides a counter-notice process, an affected user may submit the information required by that law. Wavo may restore content when legally permitted, but restoration is not guaranteed if the content violates another policy.
Wavo may use user reports, automated classifiers, hash matching, keyword or behavior signals, transaction analysis, and trained reviewers to detect policy violations, fraud, safety risks, and illegal content. Moderation may apply to public and limited-audience areas, and to private communications when reported or when another lawful safety basis applies.
Wavo may moderate content but is not required to pre-screen or continuously monitor every livestream, message, call, profile, or transaction. The absence of immediate action does not mean content is permitted or endorsed.
Depending on severity, context, history, and legal requirements, Wavo may issue a warning, limit discoverability, remove content, disable gifts or calls, restrict transactions, freeze a balance, apply an age or sensitivity label, suspend a livestream, revoke creator status, suspend an account, terminate an account, prevent re-registration, preserve evidence, or report conduct.
Not all permitted content is eligible for recommendation. Wavo may rank or reduce distribution based on relevance, quality, user choices, regional rules, safety, integrity, and content suitability. A reduction in recommendation is not necessarily a finding that content is illegal.
Where appropriate or required, Wavo will provide a way to appeal a material content or account decision. Appeals must be truthful, timely, and may not include threats, retaliation, or fabricated evidence. A reviewer may uphold, modify, or reverse the decision.
To protect reporters, victims, security, and detection methods, Wavo may limit the explanation provided for a decision. We may retain enforcement history to identify repeat abuse and apply consistent penalties.
Messages and calls are tools that allow users to communicate. Wavo is not a party to user conversations, promises, relationships, or off-platform transactions and does not guarantee the identity, intentions, statements, or conduct of any user.
Respect message, call, and contact preferences. Do not repeatedly contact someone who has declined, blocked, or asked you to stop. Sexual, commercial, or other sensitive communications require lawful and freely given consent.
You may not record, transcribe, broadcast, or share a private call without all notices and consents required by law and these Terms. If Wavo offers a recording or transcription feature, additional disclosures and controls may apply.
Use caution before moving a conversation off Wavo, meeting in person, sending money, sharing intimate material, or disclosing personal or financial information. Wavo cannot control off-platform conduct. Report suspected scams, coercion, threats, or exploitation.
Users are responsible for resolving ordinary personal disputes. Wavo may assist with safety reports or policy enforcement but is not required to mediate relationships, enforce private promises, recover personal loans, or verify off-platform transactions.
Wavo provides an in-app mechanism to report content, accounts, messages, transactions, or conduct. Reports should include accurate details and available evidence. Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Blocking, muting, filtering, audience, and message controls can reduce contact or visibility but may not erase prior communications, remove copies, or prevent a person from viewing public material through another lawful access method.
You may not file a knowingly false report, organize abusive mass reporting, submit fabricated evidence, threaten a reporter, or use reporting tools to harass or suppress lawful speech. Wavo may act against misuse.
Wavo generally does not disclose a reporter's identity to the reported user, except where disclosure is required by law, necessary for due process, or authorized by the reporter. We may limit investigation details to protect safety and system integrity.
If Wavo reasonably believes that there is an imminent risk of death, serious physical injury, trafficking, or exploitation, we may preserve and disclose relevant information to emergency services, law enforcement, or another appropriate organization as permitted by law.
Wavo does not permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the Services. A parent, guardian, or other person who believes that a minor is using Wavo should report the account through the in-app mechanism or email service@wavo.love.
Wavo prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Prohibited conduct includes grooming, sextortion, sexualization of a child, solicitation of sexual content involving a child, trafficking of a child for sexual purposes, arranging sexual contact, or any conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Wavo prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including illegal or prohibited visual, audio, written, manipulated, computer-generated, or illustrated material involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. A claim that material is fictional, private, consensual, educational, or generated by technology does not permit content prohibited by law or Wavo's child safety standards.
Wavo may use user reports, trained reviewers, automated classifiers, hash-matching technology, account and device signals, and specialized safety providers to detect and investigate suspected CSAE or CSAM. Wavo may immediately remove content, end a stream, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent re-registration, and preserve related evidence.
When Wavo obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or other reportable child exploitation, Wavo will take action consistent with applicable law, including making required reports to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or the appropriate regional authority. Wavo may preserve and disclose relevant account, device, communication, transaction, location, and content information.
Users can submit child safety concerns through the in-app reporting mechanism. Urgent CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or child endangerment concerns may also be sent to service@wavo.love with the subject line "Child Safety Report." This address serves as Wavo's child safety point of contact for users, app platforms, and authorized organizations.
Do not download, copy, redistribute, or publicly repost suspected CSAM in an attempt to report it. Use the reporting tools and provide a content or account identifier where possible. Retaliation, attempts to identify a child victim, or efforts to evade child safety controls are prohibited.
Wavo may offer virtual currency, credits, coins, points, gifts, badges, effects, or other digital items, collectively, "Virtual Items." Virtual Items are licensed digital features for use within Wavo. They are not money, stored value, legal tender, a deposit, an investment, or personal property, except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
Unless an authorized creator program expressly states otherwise, Virtual Items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred between accounts, sold, traded, used outside Wavo, or exchanged for goods or services. You may not operate an unauthorized market or broker Virtual Items.
Purchased Virtual Currency does not expire solely because time passes. Promotional or bonus Virtual Items may expire or be withdrawn according to clearly disclosed campaign rules. Wavo may correct a balance affected by error, fraud, chargeback, duplicate delivery, or policy violation.
When you send a virtual gift, the applicable balance is deducted and the gift is displayed or credited as described at the time of sending. A gift is a digital interaction, not a direct transfer of money to another user. The recipient has no right to the retail purchase price of the gift unless an authorized creator program separately provides an eligible reward.
Virtual Item selections are generally final once delivered or consumed, subject to refund rights under law and the applicable app store. Gifts may not be used for bribery, coercion, fraud, money laundering, sexual services, unlawful gambling, engagement manipulation, or evasion of payment rules.
If Wavo permanently discontinues a paid Virtual Item or the Virtual Item system, Wavo will provide the remedy required by applicable law or platform rules. If an account is terminated for a serious violation, unused balances may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights are not waived.
Digital purchases made within the iOS App are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system unless an authorized exception applies. Purchases made within the Android App are processed through Google Play Billing or another payment method permitted by Google Play rules and local law. Purchases may also be subject to the payment provider's terms.
The price, currency, quantity, and included item or feature will be shown before purchase. Prices may vary by region, platform, tax, exchange rate, promotion, and package. You authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed amount and applicable taxes to your selected payment method.
A top-up is complete when the payment provider authorizes the transaction and Wavo credits the applicable balance. Processing may be delayed for verification, fraud screening, network failure, or store settlement. If you are charged but do not receive the purchase, use the in-app purchase support channel or contact service@wavo.love with the non-sensitive transaction identifier.
Consumable items may be used once and may not be restorable after consumption. Restorable purchases and paid entitlements will be restorable where required by the applicable platform. Do not share receipts, exploit duplicate delivery, or attempt to consume the same entitlement through multiple accounts.
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You are responsible for device-level purchase controls and for purchases made through your account unless unauthorized under applicable law. Wavo may request verification or limit purchases when risk indicators are present.
Virtual Items and gifts may not be used for real-money gambling, wagering, lotteries, cash-out games, or the purchase of a chance to win money or a transferable prize. Wavo does not authorize Virtual Items as a substitute for regulated payment instruments.
If Wavo offers a subscription, the purchase screen will describe the price, billing period, included benefits, trial terms, and automatic renewal before you subscribe. Subscription features may vary by plan, region, and platform.
Unless otherwise disclosed, a subscription renews automatically for the stated period until canceled. The payment provider may charge your payment method within the period described by its rules before renewal.
You must cancel through the account or subscription settings of the platform used to purchase. Deleting Wavo or closing a Wavo account may not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
A free or discounted trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the deadline shown at enrollment. Eligibility may be limited to new or qualifying users. Wavo may revoke a trial obtained through fraud or repeated account creation.
We may change subscription prices. Notice and consent will be provided where required by law or platform rules. If you do not accept a required price change, the subscription may end at the close of the current billing period.
Except where required by law or approved by the payment provider, canceling does not create a refund or credit for a partially used billing period. You retain access until the end of the period unless access is terminated for serious misuse.
Apple, Google, or another payment provider generally controls billing, cancellation, and refund decisions for purchases it processes. Submit a refund request through the provider's official process. Wavo cannot guarantee or override a provider's decision.
Virtual Items and other digital content may be delivered or consumed immediately after purchase. By requesting immediate delivery, you acknowledge that cancellation rights may be limited once performance begins, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect non-waivable consumer rights.
Except when required by law, platform rules, or an express written policy, purchases are non-refundable after delivery or consumption. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, unauthorized transactions, and material defects will be investigated using the relevant transaction record.
Where a refund for a gifted Virtual Item is approved, it is returned only to the original purchaser through the original payment channel. The recipient cannot exchange the gift for money or request the purchaser's payment amount.
Contact the payment provider or Wavo before initiating a chargeback when practical. An abusive, fraudulent, or duplicate chargeback may result in reversal of Virtual Items, a negative balance, restricted purchases, account suspension, or collection of an undisputed amount, subject to law.
To help us investigate, provide the account identifier, store, transaction identifier, date, amount, and description of the issue. Do not send a full card number, password, or identity document by ordinary email. Purchase disputes remain subject to the provider's terms and the dispute provisions in Section 27.
If Wavo offers creator rewards, payouts, revenue sharing, or other monetization, participation requires acceptance of separate program terms and satisfaction of eligibility, verification, content, performance, tax, and regional requirements. Receiving gifts does not by itself guarantee eligibility or payment.
Creator rewards may be calculated using eligible activity, program formulas, compliance status, and other disclosed factors. The retail price paid for a Virtual Item is not necessarily the creator reward value. Platform fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud adjustments, and program rules may affect the amount.
Wavo or a payout provider may require legal name, address, identity verification, tax forms, payment details, and sanctions screening. Failure to provide required information may delay, withhold, or prevent payment.
Wavo may exclude or recover rewards generated by bots, self-gifting schemes, stolen payment methods, coordinated manipulation, refunded transactions, prohibited content, money laundering, or other invalid activity. We may place a reasonable hold while investigating.
Participation in a creator program does not create employment, agency, partnership, fiduciary, franchise, or joint venture status. Creators are responsible for their content, equipment, expenses, registrations, and taxes, except where law provides otherwise.
A creator should report a payout discrepancy within the period stated in the program terms and provide supporting records. Wavo may correct clerical or calculation errors and will provide any appeal or statement required by law.
The Wavo Privacy Policy independently explains how Wavo collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information and how users may exercise privacy rights. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have access to that policy. Agreement to these Terms is not a substitute for consent when privacy law requires specific consent.
Depending on your use, Wavo may process account and profile information, age and verification information, livestreams and other UGC, messages and call metadata, gift and transaction records, device and network information, usage and diagnostics, approximate or permission-based location, reports, and support communications.
Information may be used to provide livestreaming, messaging, calls, gifts, purchases, support, personalization, recommendations, analytics, security, fraud prevention, moderation, age assurance, legal compliance, and service communications. Optional permissions and sensitive processing are subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
Wavo retains information for the period reasonably necessary to provide the Services, protect users, maintain transaction and enforcement records, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Wavo uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature and risk of the information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Information may be shared with other users according to your actions, with vendors that operate or secure the Services, with app stores and payment providers, with professional advisers, in a corporate transaction, or with authorities when legally justified. Information may be processed across borders using legally required transfer safeguards.
Depending on location, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, withdraw consent, obtain portability, or opt out of certain advertising or profiling. Users can use in-app and device controls or contact service@wavo.love. Account deletion may be initiated through the in-app account settings or by contacting that address.
Content and account information related to a report may be reviewed, preserved, and disclosed for moderation, fraud prevention, appeals, child safety, emergency response, or legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Wavo may integrate or link to app stores, login providers, payment platforms, telecommunications providers, websites, creator pages, or other services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. Wavo does not control or endorse independent third-party practices.
You use external websites, downloads, communications, goods, services, and off-platform transactions at your own risk. Wavo is not responsible for a third party's content, availability, security, pricing, representations, delivery, or dispute process, except where law provides otherwise.
Sweepstakes, contests, referral programs, campaigns, and events may have separate official rules covering eligibility, entry, prizes, timing, and taxes. If separate rules conflict with these Terms, the separate rules control for the promotion.
Unless expressly stated in official rules, Apple, Google, and other app platforms do not sponsor, administer, endorse, or take responsibility for a Wavo promotion. Questions about a Wavo promotion should be directed to Wavo, not the app platform.
Users and creators must clearly disclose sponsorships, endorsements, affiliate relationships, product placement, and other material commercial connections as required by law and Wavo policy. False endorsements and undisclosed paid promotion may be removed.
The App, software, interfaces, design, graphics, audiovisual elements, databases, recommendation systems, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other materials provided by Wavo are owned by or licensed to Wavo and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in Section 4, Wavo and its licensors reserve all rights in the Services. No right is granted to use Wavo's trademarks, brand assets, source code, non-public data, or proprietary systems.
You may not use the Wavo name, logo, or confusingly similar branding to imply endorsement, operate an unofficial service, register a misleading domain or account, or distribute merchandise without written permission. Permitted descriptive references must follow applicable brand guidelines.
If you voluntarily provide an idea, suggestion, or feedback about Wavo, you grant Wavo a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use it without restriction or compensation. Do not submit feedback that you are not authorized to provide.
Aggregated statistics, system logs, ranking outputs, fraud signals, moderation tools, and other data generated by Wavo's operation of the Services remain subject to Wavo's rights, while personal information remains governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You may stop using Wavo at any time and may request account deletion through the in-app account settings or service@wavo.love. Deleting the App from a device does not necessarily delete the account or cancel a store-managed subscription.
Wavo may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created a safety or legal risk, engaged in fraud, failed verification, used a charged-back payment, infringed rights, remained inactive for an extended period, or when continued service is not commercially or legally feasible.
Where appropriate and permitted, Wavo will provide notice of a material account action and an appeal method. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice for urgent safety, child protection, fraud, security, legal, or repeated-violation reasons.
Termination ends the license to use the Services and may remove access to UGC, messages, creator tools, and Virtual Items. Content and records may be deleted, de-identified, returned, or retained as described in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, creator program rules, applicable law, and platform requirements.
Termination does not automatically create a refund. Purchased balances, active subscriptions, creator rewards, and unsettled transactions will be handled under Sections 15 through 19, platform rules, and mandatory law. Wavo may offset valid refunds, chargebacks, or fraud losses against an eligible payout where permitted.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will survive, including content licenses needed for retained copies, payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, dispute provisions, and general legal terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Wavo disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Wavo does not guarantee the identity, age, background, intentions, legality, accuracy, safety, or conduct of a user, creator, broadcaster, viewer, or third party. Wavo does not endorse or guarantee UGC, gifts, recommendations, statements, relationships, or off-platform interactions.
Wavo does not guarantee followers, viewers, engagement, recommendations, creator eligibility, revenue, rewards, call quality, uninterrupted delivery, content preservation, or a particular moderation outcome.
Wavo uses safeguards designed to protect the Services but does not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, immune from unauthorized access, or compatible with every device or network. You should keep independent copies of content you need to retain, subject to the rights of others.
Content on Wavo is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental health, or safety advice. Wavo is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that a report, message, or livestream will be reviewed in real time.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavo and its affiliates, licensors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Services.
The limitation applies to claims arising from access to or inability to access the Services, UGC, user conduct, unauthorized access, content removal, account action, gifts, purchases, recommendations, third-party services, off-platform interactions, or another matter connected with these Terms, regardless of legal theory and even if the possibility of loss was known.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavo's aggregate liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid directly to Wavo for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where non-waivable, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.
The disclaimers and limitations reflect a reasonable allocation of risk and are an essential basis of the agreement. They apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wavo and its affiliates, licensors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
· Your UGC or your use of another person's content.
· Your violation of these Terms, law, or the rights of another person.
· Your fraud, payment misuse, unauthorized commercial activity, or off-platform transaction.
· Your livestream, promotion, creator activity, or failure to obtain required permissions and disclosures.
Wavo may control the defense and settlement of an indemnified claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation. Wavo will not settle a claim in a way that imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, unless the obligation is necessary to stop unlawful conduct.
This Section does not apply to the extent prohibited by consumer law and does not require you to indemnify Wavo for Wavo's own fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be shifted by contract.
Before filing a formal claim, you and Wavo agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute. Send a written description, requested remedy, and relevant account information to service@wavo.love with the subject line "Legal Dispute." The receiving party will have 30 days to respond, unless urgent relief or a legal deadline requires earlier action.
Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Wavo contracting entity identified on the applicable app store listing has its registered office, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If you use Wavo as a consumer, you retain any right under mandatory law to bring a claim in the courts or dispute forum of your habitual residence. Otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts where the Wavo contracting entity has its registered office, unless the parties agree to another forum.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief to protect safety, confidential information, intellectual property, or system security. Nothing restricts a complaint to an app store, payment provider, consumer agency, data protection authority, or other competent regulator.
A claim must be brought within the period required by applicable law. If law permits contractual limitation, a business user must bring a claim within one year after the claim arose, except for unpaid amounts, intellectual property infringement, fraud, or claims that cannot be limited.
These Terms are between you and Wavo, not Apple or Google. Wavo, not the app platform, is responsible for the App and Services, subject to the platform's own terms and legal responsibilities.
For an App obtained from Apple's App Store, your license is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by the Apple Media Services Usage Rules, including authorized Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable. These Terms supplement any Apple Standard End User License Agreement that applies.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Wavo. To the extent a legally applicable warranty is not effectively disclaimed and Wavo fails to conform to it, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App, if any, as provided by its rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Wavo, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, and intellectual property claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for an App obtained through the App Store. Upon your acceptance, Apple may enforce the applicable platform-related provisions against you.
For an App obtained through Google Play, use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and applicable usage rules. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or remedies for Wavo except as expressly stated in Google's own terms. Google Play Billing purchases, cancellations, and refunds are governed by applicable Google rules in addition to these Terms.
You represent that your download and use of the App complies with app platform rules, trade restrictions, and applicable law. You must also comply with relevant third-party terms when using a carrier, login provider, payment service, or other integrated service.
Wavo may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, platform rules, safety needs, or business operations. The "Last Updated" date identifies the current version. We will provide notice of a material change through the App, email, a website notice, or another appropriate channel when required.
An updated version applies from its stated effective date. We may request renewed acceptance for a material change. Continued use after effective notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may close your account.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or an account without Wavo's written consent. Wavo may assign these Terms in connection with an affiliate reorganization, merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or transfer of the Services, subject to applicable notice and consumer rights.
If a provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be express and authorized.
Wavo is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, civil unrest, epidemic, government action, network or cloud outage, labor disruption, cyberattack, or failure of a third-party platform, subject to mandatory law.
These Terms and the incorporated policies form the entire agreement about the Services and replace prior agreements on the same subject, except for a separate written agreement signed by an authorized Wavo representative.
Translations may be provided for convenience. If permitted by law, the English version controls in the event of an inconsistency. Headings are for organization and do not limit the meaning of a provision.
